Legacy Christian School

2nd Grade

In 1997 I was a parent searching for a Christian school for my children. I found in Legacy Christian School everything I was looking for; Christ centered education, high academic standards and loving Christian educators. When my youngest child entered school I was ready to pursue my own passion; teaching young children. I joined the Legacy staff in 2001 as a kindergarten teacher. Four years later, I moved to second grade and can be found there today. I believe I am called by God to teach the children in my care; His truth through academic instruction and character building skills in a fun and loving learning environment. I am blessed to be a part of the Legacy Family. In addition to my teaching degree, I have an early childhood development background and am a specialist in dyslexia testing and tutoring.
