Jessica Mapa

It is Mrs Mapa’s second year teaching Kindergarten at Legacy Christian School. She is a native Nevadan and graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 2006. She has attended Mt. Rose Evangelical Free Church since 1998.

“It is such an honor to be a part of these children’s live and get to teach them about Christ and the world he hold together by his powerful word. I am married to a wonderful man, who is my earthly rock. I love teaching at Legacy because of its family atmosphere. I love praying with the administration and teachers every morning. I love being able to encourage one another from the Bible. I love chapel. I love the support Mr. Morgan gives us. And most of all, I love hugs… I mean watching the kids grow over the year. I know my time with each child is so short but I am so grateful for this season.”
